 SGB Capital was founded in 2008 by a group of highly skilled professionals experienced in Debt Origination, Wealth Structuring, M&A Advisory, and Real Estate Funding.

Since inception, our prime focus has been aimed at structuring and funding UK and European real estate. This was a sector projected to produce high yields with significant capital gains over a 5 to 7 year investment term.
